"Not friendly towards international guests, the beds were very uncomfortable and the area is very noisy until very late at night, sometimes until 2am. The wardrobe was falling apart and the hooks for the towels in the bathroom fell since they weren't fixed properly on the door. The AC in the hallway was leaking for the 2 weeks I stayed there, right in front of my door. Also, there is a 10€ fee per day to use it in the room. "We had an amazing stay in Copenhagen. Much was due to the great location of the hotel - near the shops, restaurants, a great cafe down the road, near the art museum. We had breakfast at the hotel each day - a selection of everything you could want. We also dined at the hotel - the service was friendly, attentive and helpful.
